Growlanser 3: The Dual Darkness USA UNDUB (c) ATLUS
                 hacked by somebody special
                    --  Information  --
  Origin:   USA+Japan                DVD(S):   1
Released: October 24th, 2007       Format:   ISO
  Platform: Playstation 2 (PS2)      Files:    8 * 50MB
                    --  Description  --
Here's a treat for those of you who love Japanese RPGs but can't
stand the increasingly bad english voice jobs!  This UNDUB has
the USA english text with the original Japanese spoken dialog.
Enjoy this great game the way it was meant to be played!
                    -- Release Notes --
Fixing the voices here was pretty involved.  I'll spare you the
gruesome details, but it required some non-trivial modification
to the executable.  Working Designs was too lazy to dub all of
the battle voices and added some nasty code to remap the rest.
I replaced the missing voices and undid their ugly mess...
There actually wasn't space for the full JP voice table, which
would have forced me to omit some of them.  Thanks to a bored
MIPS hacker for re-implementing the lookup function using a more
  compact layout!
Anyway, event and battle voices are now Japanese.  There are no
movies with voice, but I did restore the original OP/ED music.
The translation is rather loose in some places and there are a
few extra lines of text with no JP voices.  The original game is
a bit inconsistent about where it has voiced dialog, so random
conversations without voice are probably not my fault :).
Hackers/coders want to contact me?  Look for a fluffy kitty.
                   *** USA PUBLISHERS ***
Please stop ruining your games with such horrible english dubs!
We are forced to go to extremes like this because you are making
  the games we love unplayable!
Consider multi-language or special-edition releases with the
  original high quality Japanese voices.
